Static Kiss collects as little as possible. We do not sell your personal information, rent subscriber lists, or use your inbox as an advertising product.

THE KISS LIST
When you subscribe, your email address is sent to and stored by Buttondown, the service used to deliver The Kiss List. Buttondown may also process limited technical information connected to signup and email delivery, such as an IP address, referral information, and engagement data, according to its settings and privacy policy.
Your information is used to manage your subscription and send The Kiss List. Nothing else.

LEAVING THE LIST
You can unsubscribe through the link included in any newsletter. You may also contact Static Kiss to ask about your subscription or request deletion. Buttondown provides additional subscriber privacy controls through its service.

THE WEBSITE
Static Kiss does not currently run its own advertising trackers or audience analytics. Hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. If Static Kiss adds analytics later, this page will be updated before that change is treated as business as usual.
